i have a 1 piece 175mm chrome crank but i bent it but how easy is to to change the fitting to be able to put a 3 piece crank on it?

It's nothing to put a 3-piece crank on. Go to www.danscomp.com (http://www.danscomp.com) and find some.

you bent this one, if you progress it will end you in some pain. get a three peice.

Eastern has good cheap 3pc cranks out believe it or not. And i would assume you have an American bb when it comes to getting bearings.
