Tandem Cycling - change stem

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I just bought a 1997 Trek T100. It has been upgraded to drop bars and bar end shifters. The stem has too much rise to suit me. It has a threaded fork. The stem is 28.6 (1 1/8")OD. I have a threadless stem with the right amount of rise for a 1 1/8" fork. Where can I find a column adaptor that would be a straight 1 1/8"?
