Just built her up this weekend. Its pouring rain now, so will have to wait to take her out on the trails.

I had my eye on an ala carte built up as a fully rigid single speed at my LBS.

I was really tempted to grab it as it was only 450 (used) but the frame was a little too big.

Looks like a great bike. Got a list of parts?

The seat tube is tall and without a sloping top tube, but I don't seem to have a problem with standover clearance.

How do you like those grips?

I like them alot. They're great for long, bumpy rides. Really help with forearm pump and hand cramping. The ones I have now are a bit big, but I think the new GX series will have a medium.

Not sure of the weight, don't have a scale. I'm pretty sure its under 25.5 lbs though

just put it on my bathroom scale. Weighed 20 lbs even. I also weighed a 10 lb dumbell that came in at 9 lbs. So figure the scale is 10% off, would weigh around 22 lbs. Seems too light, but it definitely weighs less than my spec. epic and it weighs 26.5 lbs. Whatever, as long as its sub-25 I'm happy.
