back bolts coming loose

when ever i do feebles or any grind, my back bolt on my peg always comes loose. they're not threaded, they're regular bolt on. so then my wheel comes loose, and i constantly have to tighten my back wheel. whats going on?

Your peg spins the nut loose, get some pegs with anti spin tabs.
