I'm looking to buy a Marzocchi EXR Pro off Ebay, but the steer tube length on some of them is too short for my setup. Is it possible to buy a new full length steer tube and have it pressed in?

Thanks,
Andre

I know of one welding shop who will do it, but it is NOT a good idea. Just get one that's long enough.

Not sure what you're saving by buying used off ebay, but by the time you send the fork to Marz and have them install a new one...you're not too far from buying a new one that's uncut off ebay. Then you'd have the right steerer + a new fork to boot.

Just save up a few more bucks, man. Much better idea.

or just shop around and find a better price than jenson. they don't always have the lowest price. check out pricepoint.com, blueskycycling.com, and some others before you buy. I usually just use Google products to see if I got the lowest price by searching around the usual shops.
