3 of us in 40's and 50's near Monaco and Evans. We ride several times a week really early at 5:30 AM to the Reservoir or down to Confluence then try to get in one long one on the weekend of 3-4 hours. We ride relatively hard for our age group, 17-18 mph, but yak as we go.
