I just moved to Evansville and would like to get active with a bike group in the area. I have seen groups riding here and there and wanted to know if anyone had any info or could put me in touch with someone.

Bombay Bicycle in Madison is probably the closest www.bombaybicycle.org. They have the Wright Stuff Century September 2. They also have club rides that sometimes head in that general direction. There is also the Janesville Velo Club http://www.veloclub.org/.

There is also a club out of Fort Atkinson (Jefferson County). They are having a metric century ride August 19 and you can probably get their club schedule off the web.
