ok ok.. all my buddies finally convinced me in building a fixie...
however i do have am extra lemond steel frame that i really want to use however has a vertical dropout... after some research i found that i would like to have PAUL COMP- Single Speed Rear Drop-Outs with Axle Keepers mounted on my frame..

does anyone know where i can go to have this done? i am in los angeles area.. i dont mind going to SD or anywhere within reasonable driving range to get the work done..

if at worst case scenario i will ship the frame to a builder to have it done...
and how much should i expect to spend on a conversion like this?

thanks again.. much respect to all frame builders out there

Well, there might be a bit of a problem here- those Paul drops position the axle differently (relative to the chainstay) than regular drops do. Check out some pics- see how the axle in the Pauls is above the cs? Putting them into an existing frame would mess with your geometry a bit unless you do quite a bit of bending- too much bending imho.

right.. good point.. well even with regular track dropouts.. the geo would still adjust ... does anyone recommend anyone in the SOCAL/ORANGECOUNTY/SD area that i can go talk to further about this
