Hey, just bought a pair of hayes HMX1 6" disks online. They are brandnew, in box. My question is do i need an adapter for the standard disk mount on my marzocchi Z5, or does it even come with one?

I think you need an adapter unless you have a Manitou fork. I also think some places include it with the brakes, but most don't. It's just a small piece, won't set you back too much if you have to go down to the shop and pick one up.
