I was just wondering which fork is the better one 'cause the 06 Mullet has the Splice fork while the 07 fork is listed on some sites to be on the Mullet, while Fisher shows the Splice on the Mullet, once again.

Here are the links to the 07 confusion:

07 Splice: http://www.fisherbikes.com/bikes/full_specs.asp?series=biggns&bike=Mullet

07 Slate: http://villagecycle.com/itemlist.cfm?category=49&startRow=21
(scroll down to the bottom of the page for the 07 Mullet)

Which Fork's on the 07?

Nevermind, I found out myself. So: on their web site 'Splice Comp' is listed under Full Specs, but if you look at the enlarged image of the bike, it clearly says 'Slate' on the forks. So why would they do that? Is the Splice comp the same fork as the Slate? If it is, this is like Marzocchi: ex. some forks called Z1 RC2 ETA have 'Bomber' shown on the forks, it's kind of a cool idea, cause no one thinks "Z1 RC2 ETA" sounds good, Bomber sounds pretty sweet though, I have no idea why.
