It looks similar to a Schwinn tandem I bought for a friend.

My father picked this up from an estate auction. I think he paid about $3.00 for it. I think it is a Schwinn,but all of the badges were already missing when I got it from him.

It looks similar to a Schwinn tandem I bought for a friend.
I just checked some photos of the Schwinn and it had single tube laterals, not double tube laterals as yours...
