Oh, I'm horribly scarred.
Your childhood seemed like fun. I would have totally played Masterpiece. Yeah, I'm an art nerd. My mom most likely played with some of those toys.

I wonder if the Bing Bang Boing is what gave people the idea for the Fantastic Machine Flash?

The second group of SSP racers were definitely better. The Smash-up derby set had little buttons that made the wheels and doors fall off.

I remember having a toy where you needed to "weld" plastic girders together to build a car w/ a hot soldering thing. It was awesome.
I wish I still had mine. :(

I had a slip and slide and water wiggle. My boy cousins had a lot of the other toys. Sometimes they'd even let me play, too. :o

My daughters had an Easy Bake oven.
Yeah but I had this one :(
Note the picture is from a <sob> toy museum!!!!! Oh ... the horrors.
Also check - they just did a massive recall on those things, evidently - and even with an extra part to put in the oven - kids are still putting their hands in there - it's the ones with filaments for heating vs. ye ole lightbulb.
