How about a discussion on this - what do kids do when they've confirmed the ineffable superiority of the favoured forum teaching to ride method
What is needed by way of facilities
How can you improvise / persuade your city council to provide them
What organisational / coaching skills are needed
How do you get coaching qualifications / insurance cover / child welfare training / first aid cover, etc.
What equipment do you need / improvise (again)
How do you involve parents - and train them if they're newbies themselves
How do you avoid the "parent from hell"
How much and what type of competition should you introduce them to (see coaching skills)
Where can you get ideas from
All of this is a bit , since I've been doing this for a few years, now, but am happy to pick your brains (aka steal any good ideas and claim credit).
