First of all I have to say I am a Rock'n'Road fan anyway but just love the new shop that opened up at Sand Canyon and Irvine Blvd. The guys in there are all long time employees of the other R'n'R shops and know what they are doing And they are friendly. I never feel like a "fred" or "goofy goobler". No question is too stupid (at least they act that way).
Last night I bought in my Santa Cruz expecting to leave the bike there for weeks. I've had a problem with my disc brakes. It got worked on and fixed right then and there, without charge (it was simple problem but problem nonetheless). Of course I still ended up spending over $100 on stuff. :D
Anyway if you haven't been in the store, give it a try. I love the shopping center it's end. If I can afford living in Woodbury (yes CJ even though it's Irvine!) I would be in heaven! The Shopping center contains everything I need - a R'n'R, LA Fitness (my gym), good shops including a Trader Joe's and a Chick Fil'A! Ummm Yummy!
