i want to put better u brakes on my bike. my old ones aren't worth anything, theyre just walmart type brakes wat r some good u brakes, cables, lever...the whole brake assembly.

Okay, first off, let's type things out and not be lazy. Second, how much do you want to spend? For a lever, the Odyssey Monolever is good. For a brake cable, you should get the Odyssey Linear Slic Cable. For brakes, it all depends on how much you want to spend. You could either spend the money and get some Fly brakes, or you could just go with Odyssey Evo brakes- either are good.

By applying opposing force on your cranks.
