Mountain Biking - Please help me identify this bike frame!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hi! I own the bike in the pictures below since 1995 when I was ten years old, so I've rode it 12 years and it still works fine, necessitating minor adjustments. I've never seen a frame like this since then. I've searched the internet and found nothing. The frame is aluminum with a very intelligent design that enables you to carry it by the chain stay, which is unconventionally attached to the down tube (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Annotated_bicycle.jpg to get a clear image of what i mean), just like a briefcase. Could you please help me identify this type of frame and the manufacturer. I live in Romania and I've bought it used from my uncle that used to bring used bicycles from Germany.

On http://www.spiderflex.com/riders.html there is a guy called Mark pictured with his bike that has the same slick design.

Looks like an old Mrazek.

It does look like that but I think the seat post tube is slightly different. The Mrazek has a slight curve to it.

It does look like a Mrazek. I've mailed the photos to them and asked them if they ever made such a frame. I'll return with their response.
