Where are you getting them? I'm down to Ebay but I hate that whole auction thing. Nashbar had some closeouts for 7 bucks a piece. I bought 4 shoulda bought 50.

I love this bike but may have to think selling it for something with 700s unless I can find a good supply of 650s that aren't 50 bucks a pop.

Do a search for Kenda Koncept. Many places sell the wire bead for around 15 and the folding for about 25.

Have you used those? The cheap ones I got were Kendas and the tread was soft as butter and they didn't last long as trainers. I know they make many tires though.

I haven't used these. I've used Kenda Kaliente and they're good but they're more like 40 apiece.

Michelin does Pro2Races in 650's.

Vredestein, Hutchinson, Continental, Michelin, Schwalbe, Kenda and others all make 650s but I took it from the OP that he really wanted to stay as cheap as possible.

I like the Michelins and lately have been using Conti 4000s but either are at least $35 if you catch them on sale.

Not anywhere in particular. I just do a search and find who's cheapest at the time I need tires.

Probikekit has a few 650 tires for sale. Most are racing clinchers and tubulars. No econo training tires.
