Triathlon - Anyone have an 07 Felt S32/S22

Pics/reviews? I haven't seen any, there are none for sale in CO, just wondering what peoople thought about the changes they made this year.

I have had my S32 for about 3 months now. I really like it a lot. I moved up from a Trek 1000. I have done two sprint tris on it and it's a very comfortable ride for me. Let me knnow if you have any questions about it. Overall I would give it a pretty high grade though.

Is changing the rear wheel a pain because of the horizontal dropouts? Any problems with tire clearance, what are you running?

Are you in the forward seat position or the back?

I have only had my rear wheel off one time, but it was no problem. I'm runing the stock Vittoria Rubino Slicks that came on the bike with no issues at all. They are 700x23. My seat position is as far forward as I could make it. I even lowered my bars down a couple of spacers. I can get you some pics if you want. Felt's website has this pic.

i got the '07 s22 as quick as i could- i had to wait for a long time, as they recalled the s22's for what i was told was imperfect paint or something like that. i've got almost 700 miles on it and i love it. i did change out the stock t2+ and went to the strykes as i have wussy wrists. also i changed out the seat. not especially comfy. otherwise, it was worth every dollar.

Yeah, that is the only pic I have seen of it.

The seatpost is supposed to flip, you have it it in the forward position? Would love to see some real life photos, with the seatpost forward and more of the seat tube cutout area. Thanks!

I'll see about getting some actual pics of my bike posted for you. I did flip my seat post around to get me forward farther. It helped quite a bit. I don't think you could go wrong with either one. One of the local shops here in Des Moines has one 06 S32 left and they are closing it out for $899. Thats a heck of a deal. Its a nice dark blue color. Just an option for you.

That is a good deal, Bike Sport in MI had a 60cm 06 S32 going for $650 last week, that had to be below their cost. If it had been a 58, I would have been sorely tempted.

I am looking at the 07's because of the flipable seatpost. I had one of the 04 S25's, same frame as the S32s the past three four years, but even with the seat all the way forward I was on the nose most of the time. I really like the S25 and am really excited to see the new designs, I just hope I don't have to wait until 08 to see some here in Colorado, there isn't one on a sales floor in the state.

The one here in Iowa thats on closeout is a 58cm
