I went for what was to be a 10 mile ride and made 2 1/2! It was TOO BLOODY MUGLY!

my ride last night was just about miserable. 97-degrees F, just saps the energy out of you. bleh

i try to hit the streets before work. temps should be around 101F for the next day or so here, and in S.C. the muggy-factor is around 5 billion percent. :o

try to roll around 6:30am. you'll be good for an hour' + ride and little to worry about. the sleepiness goes away as soon as the cool morning air wakes you up! just my $0.000002 worth.

Yesterday, a bank thermometer stated 104 @ 4:00 PM. I forgot to look at it today.
