Meh. You describe it as a BIG party. So, there's likely to be tons of people trying to get time with the big-wigs. It doesn't sound like quality access to those people for you to voice your concerns.

I'd go on vacation and ride... my $0.02 :)

They are most likely there to get support from the organizing groups. Go to Tahoe and have fun.

Hmmmm.... lessee..... Listening to self important gas-bags prattle on about how vital they are to whatever cause will keep them feeding at the public trough on one hand, a nice vacation riding around one of nature's crown jewels on the other.

Ha ha! It seems like I'll be heading off to Tahoe.

Knowing me, if I go, all I will be doing is confronting certain people with questions on California's health care system and why citizens have to suffer vs those who aren't.

Yeah. Maybe I better keep away from all of that. Or else I'd get so stressed, my heart rate will send ME to the hospital.......:eek:

What date are you planning to be riding up in Tahoe? My cop cousin is asking me to ride in their annual Tour de Tahoe on Sept 5th.
