It's a technical fibre jersey, and the seams are a little rough, especially at the neck.... any way to soften it?

This may be obvious but did you wash it first? Try using fabric softener perhaps...

Yeah washed it, still a little uncofortable... cotton tshirts may not wick, but they're a helluvalot less itchy! :)

if its your first jersey it will take some time to get used to. I remeber the first time i got mine.. it iched, but go out and do some hard training get some sweat in it. The more you use it, it will feel better.
