Miles should hold high, likely to mid October, hopefully. Maybe more if you Fla riders keep up the miles through December. I won't be surprised if we cross 80K by the end of September, and 100K for the year is definitely doable!

Well I'm doing my part, I ridden 54 miles so far this week and will be heading out tonight after the temps drop below 95. It's been really bad the last couple of days and todays heat index was 115. Nasty hot and muggy even for Florida. I'm trying to break 100 miles for the week and doing pretty good. Legs and knee feels good, however my backside is really feeling the 3 month layoff. I actually maintained 18 mph for the first time on an extended ride so that is a good sign. Did 18 miles in the 1 hour I limited myself to. So while the area is still cooking, I off to lift some weights and take a ride after I get back.
Still have my 3500 mile goal to reach and I need to maintain at least 100 miles a week for the rest of the year.
Wow. My miles actually dropped during summer due to some extensive traveling. I hope to bump up the mileage this fall and winter to help bring up the slack from those who are snowbound.

It's run right here on Clyde's, by the way(The Group), Look in the stickies on top, the Spinner Miles thread, it ain't indoor spinning, it's a bunch of us Clydes stacking up miles on our bikes:D
