Trust me, I saw his TT, he's friggin' fast. His TT time was around about 4 min faster than mine.
How tall is he? About 6'2"?

He turned 17 this june. By the way that last picture on the climb is Danny, not Taylor.
It was pretty funny racing with him at Gila this year. He was known as a sprinter and TT, but nobody thought he could climb. He got the leaders jersey on the second day after staying in a break for 91 miles and holding onto third.
Unbelievably, he lost the overall on the LAST day, through an exact tie to the SECOND! After like 14 hours of racing or whatever it was. They had to go by lowest cumulative stage placing and it was like 22 to 24. He was one spot away from getting a time bonus in the final sprint too.
By the way, the dude who won was almost more impressive in Phinney in a way. He has been riding bikes for 1 year this month or so. His name is Brad White and he is a freak of nature. He went on from the Gila win to race in China with Marco Polo and he is signed with Navigators for next year.
Taylor was really really bummed, but in a day or two realized it was small potatoes.

My teammate won that stage. He's pretty young himself (20), but he was raving about Taylor and saying he was going to do some damage at nationals and at worlds.

Oh yea i remember that guy. He had a pretty good tour. He was by himself right?
He ended up solo. One of our other teammates started, but didn't finish. I couldn't get the time off of work, it wouldn't have mattered though because it was cat. 2 only and I'm a 1.
