Which of these two wheelsets?

Hi guys,
I'm purchasing a 2004 Redline Conquest Pro and need help deciding between two wheelsets. I'll be using this bike extensively for racing.

Two wheelsets are:
1) Mavic Reflex laced to Ultegra hubs w/ DT Swiss spokes
or
2) Velomax Sagitta wheels

The latter came stock on the bike. I've been told that DT Swiss spokes are a pain to true--which would you choose, and why?

Reflex with ultegra hubs, it's Macis that's why. Are they tubular?
