Foo - Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now as some of you know I had been looking for a new job since late last year. Mostly cause my office manager HATED ME, and I mean HATED ME. She would find things daily to attack me about. It was becoming sooo stressful. I could be working in my office any given day and she would come in there and start yelling at me, saying untruths etc. I had told my attorney about it many times, he wasn't real sure what to do. Finally he hired an consultant. The consultant had been working with everyone in the office to make a more healthy environment. But my boss would just continue to do her own thing. She was VERY determined to chase me away.

Well this morning I was talking with another paralegal and she was passing by my office and over heard me say to this other indivdiual say "Yeah thats rude, I was referring to writing emails in all caps." She said YOUR rude, your unprofessional. I was like huh I wasn't talking to you, you just invited yourself into a conversation you know nothing about. She just went off on me, I asked her to leave my office nicely. She just continue to follow me and wouldn't leave me alone. This made me very upset, I was trying to get to my attorneys office to leave him a note. ( I was going to go home cause she made me very upset). She continued to follow me and asked me why I was crying etc. One of our other paralegals (now two paralegals beside myself are involved in this) told her to leave me alone.

I finally left a note for the attorney to call me when he gets in. I went home.

I got a call back and we talked about what happened and I explained to him that she really is being relentless on trying to get me to leave.

He said take the day off and I'll pay you for it. I'm working on it and don't worry.

I went to lunch with one of the paralegals from our office and she got a call from the consultant that our boss had been FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I got home there was a message for me as well. He asked me to call him back. I did. He asked me if I was coming back and I said yes.

MERRY CHRISTMAS APRIL. :) Your last 5 years of hell are now over!!!!

Must be something about all law offices that there always has to be one like that. My sister-in-law went thru kinda the same thing for a while with one of her co-workers. The woman was a total biotch to her the whole time she worked there. It was a regular soap opera. I don't remember what ever happened, but she(sis-in-law) doesn't work there any more. She can hold her own in a good cat fight so I doubt if she quit because of that crazy woman. :D

I can't believe she would actually think she could get away pulling stuff like that in today's office envirornment.
