I have Nitto RB 018 Bullhorns. They have a 26mm clamp size. Headset is IRD Technoglide Threadless, silver.

I am looking for a stem with a -15 to -17 degree rise. I have gone to a few LBS, I want something nice. I think I prefer a silver stem or black with silver.

I don't know if I'm just not looking hard enough but I can't seem to find the right one. I know where to look but it seems that some places use the term angle and others use rise and the numbers are different.

Maybe I'm being too picky.

Does anyone know anything about Torelli Bormio? Is that a good company? They seem to have one but I never heard of them.

I have seen that some stems are shown as - or + 6, 10 etc...

some are shown "80 degree" etc.

what do these two different descriptions say about the angle of the stem?
