Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - 120mm Hub for 113mm Rear End spacing?

hi

I am just getting my first fixie and have beginner question.
I just bought Keirin frame off of Yahoo Auction, and it turned out that the rear end spacing is 113mm.

I have 120mm Hub on my hand. can I use it somehow?
If not, what are the available hubs in 110mm size? can you recommend?

Hubs available in 110 now in Japan are Dura Ace, Phil, Dia Compe gran compe, Novatec and anything used you can find.
If youre in the USA..Phil or anything used.
