I have been looking at a couple Shin/Knee pads and so far ones that caught my eye are the Fox Launch Shin/Knee Pad. Anyone else suggest any others?

We've tried tons of different armor and are now partial to the Roach/Raceface FR shins. Awesome protection, don't slip, and perhaps most importantly, they breathe.

Another thing that i may be concerned about is how i love the fact that the Fox has the feature where it "Locks" you knee in too prevent your knee from twisting and slipping. Do any other companies do that?

I have a set of those and I find them to be really uncomfortable.

What ones do you find uncomfortable? The Fox, Race Face, or 661?
