so i recently received a free lugged steel track frame. it has giordana stickers on it but i am will to bet it is not a giordana.
there are 2 tiny holes on the head tube, presumably where a headbadge would have gone.
the lugs say "72" on one side and "ES" on the other. the s is strange, not quite and s. more square, don't really know how to explain it better than that.
also, the seat cluster is very peculiar to me as well. where the seat tubes and lug meet, the seat tubes are round, and not flush with the lug.
more like this:
and less that like this:
the bottom bracket shell has a serial number, but it is very hard to read. i believe it says "E3F0L140"
the brake bridge is a straight tube and drilled.
not exactly the prettiest thing, but i am still curious. thanks!
