As the title says, I felt terrific today on a short, 45 minute ride. Where yesterday my whole body was aching, today my legs felt strong and I went faster than usual.
So what does this mean? Is this part of the process of getting stronger? (and is that an ignorant question?)
Furthermore, what kind of ride would you suggest I do on day 4 in order to help my progress along? Go hard? Go easier and ride for distance?
