I'm right behind you at 47 (48 in May). Keep riding and you will keep in good health longer than the last generation by a long shot! I started riding to work a couple of months ago and I feel great. 20 mile round trip.

I hope I am not senile. I thik it is "dementia pugilistica". I believe the more common term is punch drunk! It also occurs from falling off the bike too many times without a helmet. I wear one these days though!:D

Thanks everybody! My wife took me out with the rest of the family to my favorite pizza place. Fresh Mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce from scratch on thin crust baked in a stone oven....ahhhhhhhhhh! Then for desert we went next door and had Coldstone Ice Cream. I had Raspberry Sorbet with Gummy Bears!

I got a Kryptonite lock for my bike but I never let my bikes out of my sight. I'll find a use for it though. I got two hanging things to put 2 of my bikes up in the rafters. You know the pull down things. I got a car charger for my cell phone and a Mini I-Pod that holds 1000 songs. I think I'll spend the money and upgrade to 2000 song I-Pod.

My Mom and all my brothers and sisters called to wish me a Happy Birthday. Well the day is almost passed and it has been a very nice day. It is all the nicer being able to come here and hang with you folks! All in all it has been a pretty nice Birthday! Thanks Everyone!;):)
