Not to play stupid American -- but I used to have a large chocolate shake from mcdonalds quite often when I was much much younger. 1100 calories! That should almost be illegal, or atleast a warning. "THIS ITEM WILL MAKE YOU FAT". I take full responsibility for where I am fitness/weight wise, but really -- I had no idea the shakes were so horrid for you.

All the Mc Donalds' salads "grilled" are pretty good, actually. The kids love going to the playland, and every time we go I get one of those with the Balsamic dressing (+++!!!) and the Fruit and Granola thingy. BK has like, literally, one salad but it's pretty good. covered with veggies.

Aside from that, pretty much no. At least afaik.

I will sometimes have the grilled chicken -mayo, it comes in about 375cal the same for the 3 piece chicken select.
