Brown rice and green beans sauteed in a ton of garlic, perhaps some brussel sprouts later. :D

chicken (white meat) slow cooked with limes inside to break completely apart, then salsa and brown rice added.

I'll be eating it on top of spicy pepper crackers from "Wisecrackers".

2 slices of Jalepeno pizza and a large diet soda.
Makes up for the one pack of oatmeal breakfast.

Souns sooooo much better than what I'm eating.......

yesterday it was liver*, fava beans, and a nice chianti.

Melon for a appetizer....then I will move to a whey protien shake w/ soy milk, honey, ginger, bananna, and peaches...finally (3 hrs later) a chicken and rice combo for the main course.

2 slices of chicken parm pizza.

Not the normal lunch, left over from girlfriend's last night.
