Century Charity Ride Info/Suggestions

I'm considering hosting a 25/50/100 mi charity ride in our community. Can anyone point me to suggestions/recommendations to be considered?

First question is where is your community?

The bike rides would be near Longmont, Colorado (20mi north of Denver) and funds would go toward helping a local church finance housing projects for low-income families in the community and elsewhere.
