You can get long ones from ZIPP, I think they are good for 100mm rims.
If the pads are new,or haven't been used on aluminum rims, and you almost never use them why not?

That the brake pads are new matters?

Tufo makes the good extenders 60 mm long. With those you remove the valve core, screw in the extender, then reinsert the valve core. I wish I had gone that route but I ended up using the Zipp extenders. They work fine I'm just worried if I get a flat the PittStop sealant may not work.

That the brake pads are new matters?
The reason it matters is because if they are used they could have slivers of metal from the metal rims in them that could do damage to your carbon rims.

+1. Take a look at brake pads that have been on your bike for a while and you will see little holes and gouges which have metal bits at the bottom. That can damage the carbon wheels quickly.
But here is the thing. You spent hundreds, if not thousands on carbon wheels. Spend the 30 bucks on the pads and take the 3 minutes to change them out.
