I own two but I have most of the parts of a third bike:

My "main bike" is a BD Motobecane Sprintour - 64 cm AL frame, with 30mm pedal extenders (so my feet will clear the chainstays), speedplay pedals, Velocity Aerohead rims (oddsandendos a.k.a. Mike G wheels). It's 10 months old and has 2.4K miles.

I have a MTB - An old Trek 950 with Velocity Aeroheat rims (Canecreek). It has about 18K miles but it's "retired" now.

I have a disassembled Specialized "crossroads" that I road 16K miles. I had no end of trouble with wheels on it. It's in need of new 700C 7speed wheels to get it going again.

Road bike: 2005 Specialized Roubaix

Specialized Epic Comp (ok, ok...it'll be built by this weekend!) with campy 9spd.

Guess I'll throw my stable into the mix. In addition to the three in my signature, I now how a 21 speed women's comfort bike I got for the wife 2 years ago, which I'll attempt to sell. A Gravity Amsterdam FS which was an ebay special. Had too many controls for the wife. Handle bar and pedals is all she can operate. Now she has a Trek Lime Lite. At least it has 3 speeds, although it's an auto shift. The Trek 1000 was my first road bike, tried earlier to convert it with 28mm tyres to a trail bike, but was not a good thing. Had much better success shaving 5 pounds off the stock Trek 7200, so now it moves. And lastly, the bike I ride the most is the self built Bierhaus Bertolette road bike. Frame is the entry level Specialized Roubaix triple, but that is the only Specialized part. So currently 5; but hopefully just 3 in a couple months.

Kasia's: 17" 2006 Specialized Stumpjumper HT (converted to disc).

We also have two sets of Mavic Speedcity wheels (with brake discs and skinny road tires/tubes) which almost counts as having an additional two bikes. It's cool -- we can throw on the knobbies and go mountain biking, or the Mavic's and hit the road.

We promised ourselves we would buy "serious" road bikes if we managed to finish the STP. Well, we did, so now we're researching. I'm leaning heavily towards the Specialized Roubaix. We'd also like to get a tandem, and a couple of cruisers, maybe full-suspension mountain bikes... Looks like we'll need a bigger garage :).

Guess I should add what is in the rest of the house, in addition to the bikes I already listed we have:

It was a blast -- Kasia & I can't wait to do it again next year (and hopefully we'll be in a little better shape next time).

Maybe we should arrange a Clyde group for next year's STP... :)

I have five plus my wife's road bike. See sig.
I am almost always on the Motobecane or the Bianchi fixed gear.
I loved the Curtlo till it broke and he wouldn't fix it. I loved riding it till then, now I boycott it. One day I'll quit being pissed off and rebuild it. Maybe. I would hate to plug for a guy who doesn't stand behind his product. I can't imagine giving that level of customer service with my name on the down tube, under any circumstances.
