I raced a crit.
I placed 3rd.
I won a prime.
I've improved my LT to 280watts.
The end.

*edit* - I did my first ride of 5 hours (5:15) yesterday (165km)

165 km in 5:15 is quick! Was it a solo ride or a group ride?

Solo. There were three significant climbs, one climb of 5% for 4km, one climb of 5% for 3km, and one 2km climb at 9%. The rest of the ride was fairly flat with a few rolling hills. It was a bit hot at 35C (95F) so I ran out of gatorade with 30km left (poor planning). I thought 3litres would be enough but I guess not.
