I have very little time to train so i am looking for a coach to help me make the most of the time i do have. I am located in NYC so a local trainer would be good. Has anyone used the charmicheal online ones?

You would do well to see the guys at Cadence Cycling on 174 Hudson Street in Tribeca. I am a noob that purchased my first carbon bike from them one month ago (a Kuota Kharma). In the short time that I have worked with them, they have shown me many things.
