Training & Nutrition - blood in the eyes

Hello,
It is my first post on this forum that I carefully follow.
For one week now, I have some blood on the white left part of my eyes.
it appeared during a training in wind and rain without my glasses (ok, it was stupid, but I was unable to see something with the rain)
Now, at each session it seems to get worst, more and more vessels blow
Have you ever experienced such a thing ?
It starts to make me afraid.
I would appreciate any help or experience on this subject.

Go see a doctor soon. If it's getting worse, it could be that your initial irritation has now become infected (this is usually what happens). You can't treat that yourself with anything that's over the counter.

Blood? See a doctor.

My eyes frequently turn red due to allergen issues. Then winter hits and during cold rides they turn even redder. But blood?

I mean blood makes them red.
I went to see a doctor and I have some medecine, but I wanted to know if someone already experienced that.

I've had it happen to me. Most recently was after a three alarm flu where I was coughing so hard it ruptured some blood vessles. Going to see a doctor is a wise thing to do, though it may not be anything serious. It looks horrific, though! My brother came to visit me and thought I was about to die.

OK.. I have it happen a couple of times... once when a small speck of dirt got in my eye and cut my cornia... it looked worse as it started healing... like a bruise the blood spread out.. and pooled in the bottem of my eye (gravity)
The other two times... well lets just say besides sneeszing real hard, you can do the same thing if you "push" too hard, like when you are constipated.....

What did you DR. say?

My doctor said it is simply a conjunctivitis due to wind and rain in the eyes (without glasses...ok I know it was silly)
but I was forced to stop one week as each time I ride too hard (cimbling a hill for example) some vessels blow and make the blood spreading more and more in the eyes.
it is getting better now, but I am still waiting for the end of this week off.
