I had a bottle of Gatorade chillin' in the freezer for about two hours. When I took it out there was about an inch of slush on the top of it. I opened the bottle and the slush grew down the bottle over the course of about 30 seconds until the bottle was filled with slush.

Freaky!

Twas supercooled - all you had to do was disturb it and it would crystallize.

I remember doing that with Dr Pepper in the freezer - under pressure, liquid, remove the top, SLURPEE - ah, if I had only known when a was a wee lad, I would have invented a slurpee machine...
