they came with the wheels, i got them from a nearby velodrome. they are really beautiful spokes, my favorite part of the wheels. they are super hard to find though.

Hoshi's arent hard to get at all. Ive ordered them many times for work. The trouble with Hoshi's is that over time they tend to walk themselves out of the spoke hole. Not so much on a front wheel but very common on a rear wheel. You could slow down the process by tieing and soldering them.
Those are cool wheels and if theyve been taken care of the hubs will be super smooth.
I thought this thread was going to be about the $140 formula/straght gauge dt/reflex wheels. An amazing deal if anyone needs training wheels.

Those wheels would be great for racing, too. Few people need carbon wheels for the level of competition that we're discussing on here.
