How come most of the threads in here are about rides?

I know this is a BIKING forum but geez. There's more to us than planning rides, right? This is NorCal!! We gotta be more cool than SoCal.

We post about rides because that's what we do, and what we have in common with everyone else at BF. As far as cooler than SoCal, I can't speak to that. I don't even know what's cool. I know I have a limited amount of time to spend at BF, so I read and post to the threads that interest me. Most NorCal rides seem to be west of us, which is fine, but we don't always have the time to travel to the rides. So I don't always read those threads.

You're right -- there is more to us than planning rides. There's actually riding the rides we plan. Everything else is Foo.
