I fix cars for a living, please no Jaguars. I work around the house, do yard work, read. I do alot of different types of riding so it takes alot of my time. Recently bought a track bike so Ive been down at the velodrome alot. I workout a bit at work since I have a home gym in the back room. I also recently started running. Think your in good shape? Add running to cycling, its brutal cross training.;)

I shoot targets with a hunting bow. And that's all I shoot are targets. Matter of fact, they all laugh at me because I have target tips on my arrows....:o

Right now, taking care of the kids while my wife goes to workout at LA boxing.
She's definitely been in a better mood since getting more exercise.
