I personally am laid up had my 2nd shoulder surgery on Wednesday will be another 4 months of rehab hopefully only 1 - 2 months off the bike.

Ouch! Can you do a recumbent Spinner Bike to keep the legs active? Just a thought! Talk to your physical therapist about it. Meantime.....quick recovery and a good one!
