I pulled the arm warmers out for this morning's ride. It was in the high 50's at the start.

Damp 50 something here this AM put a base layer under my jersey and wondered why I didn't grab arm warmers, what the heck it will warm up after reakfast and Yoga class right? Wroooooong, went for a quick 20 miles after Yoga and my arms stayed cold the whole ride. Oh well the forcast says 60 ish mornings all week w/thunderstorms so I'm going to have to break out a windbreaker or the rain gear anyway. Its tough to believe its still August.

That's one of my favorite Jimmy Webb songs. At age 61, he could join our 50+ group. :)

Okay, one thing you might try is thinking of another song you know and love. My usual recommendation for this circumstance is Herman's Hermits doing "Henry the Eighth". If that one does not replace MacArthur's Park, let me know and I'll try to come up with something else. Maybe "Achey Breakey Heart" or something nice like that.
