The Race of Pain was last night. A grueling 2 hour ride throughout DC with 7 checkpoints.
Started at Dupont Circle and had to climb the 15th st hill.
checkpoint1 pick up either bricks or cinder blocks which had to be carried the whole race.
checkpoint 2 eat a spoonfull of hot peppers...(jalepenos, habenero, and jamacian peppers mixed together)
checkpoint 3 consume warm jager (or mustard for the edge kids)
checkpoint 4 sprint up and down the exorcist stairs twice in georgetown
checkpoint 5 consume 10 saltines at haines point. NO WATER ALLOWED!!
checkpoint 6 jog around Lincoln Park carrying their bikes cyclocross style
checkpoint 7 Remove their seats/posts at Logan Circle and ride up 13 st to the Hill where they had to climb the hill. @ 1/2 mile
Grand Prize was a custmized Reload bag and 2nd place was a Chrome bag.
