has anyone tried to use one of them for a trailer?

i got a larger one for free...................well it cost me $5 for replacement keys

they make em in different sizes so you wouldnt need a wide one.............but i have a wide one

they're aerodynamic.........lightweight..........you can lock em up..........and they keep your stuff dry

im gunna hook up a kids trailer to my low racer and i keep lookin at the cargo carrier and thinkin it would work great and hold a ton of stuff

i didnt search the threads so if theres one already on this topic just point the way

thx

It's not a bad idea except:
My 11cu/ft Yakima torpedo weighs, I dunno, at least 30 lbs.
It's likely to rattle to the point of distraction on a bike.

Still, though...I'm intrigued.
