hi people
im just getting back into bikes after a few years of neglecting them. im currently riding a stock gary fisher sugar 4+, nothing too exciting, but its a nice feeling bike. though the cane creek rear suspension is a little unreliable (major air leak problems). aside from that i just rebuilt a 1980s raleigh for my girlfriend and i am now totally turned on to the idea of finding old bikes for cheap and making them sexy again. im currently looking into a 1976 Peugeot P10 racer, can anybody shed some light on it for me? i can pick it up for 100 bucks, needs some tweaking, but seems in good nick. i know nothing about road racing bikes, any thoughts?

see you on the trails (or maybe on the road...)

Welcome! Wow Thone_green, it seems you know a lot about bikes, rattling off all of that tech jargon and all!

Hey Tbone. I'm sure you can check about your 76 Peugeot in our "Classic and Vintage" forum here:
