Hey all just wanted to stop in and make an intro. I am bigger guy (250lbs.) getting into riding. Figure we got some good months left yet for riding. I started jogging for a while but my knee couldn't take it, I have some screws and pins in it from a quad accident. I tried an elliptical, but not going anywhere is boring. So I have decided I am going to ride. Thats my story and I am sticking to it.

Shhhhh we won't tell anyone! ;)

Check into the Clydedales/Athena section. There are a lot of the riders there that are pretty cool. I learn a lot from them and I bet you will too.

And Welcome to Bike Forums. Where everyone is greeted with open arms! :)

Hello -Joseph, Siu is right, the Clydes/Athenas are a great bunch of folks, and good at keeping you motivated. You don't even have to be a Clyde to go visit, and once you 'graduate', they'll still let you come back :D .

What kind of bike have you got?

Welcome to BF!
