... is the post-ride dessert. I rarely eat dessert anymore, only on special occasions, and after an after-dinner ride. Tonight it was a single-size serving cup of Kozy Shack chocolate pudding with a spoonful of peanut butter dipped into it and 1/2 cup of milk. Yum! :)

The best thing about riding before dinner is not puking a taco salad.

More or less the first thought that came to my mind, as well

Ride to dinner- Not a full blown Roast beef and all the trimmings but Scrambled egg on toast followed by a Bun of some description. Just substantial enough to satisfy and not too heavy. Only problem is that the trip back makes you hungry. That single serving of Chocolate pud is not enough.

If the rain holds off I'll be riding to dinner tonight. The ride starts and ends in a nearby small town with few choices for eating. We generally choose the local Subway for a turkey sub. The only other choices are Mickey D's, Burger King and a convenience store that serves hot dogs:(

It is when eaten along with a spoonful of peanut butter and a 1/2 glass of milk. :)

My body has adapted to smaller meals and frequent intake of food during the day. My overall caloric intake is geared for slow weight loss, about 1/2 to 1 pound/month.
